Terms for the first appointment
The firm gives particular attention to the quality of analysis, the rigor of advice, and the time devoted to each matter. This commitment, which is the foundation of our practice, necessarily requires a controlled intake of new matters.
In the face of increasing demand, we have at times had to temporarily limit access for new clients in order to preserve this level of rigor and availability.
We nonetheless wish to maintain the possibility of a thorough exchange with new contacts, within a clear and structured framework.
An appointment for analysis and advice
The first appointment is now billed at a flat fee of €500.
This appointment is a genuine time for analysis and advice, during which the firm examines your situation and provides:
- a precise legal reading,
- a structured tax analysis,
- a strategic and wealth-planning approach tailored to your objectives,
- as well as practical, actionable guidance.
This is not an exploratory call or a simple introduction, but a substantive professional exchange fully engaging the firm's teams.
Fee deduction in case of engagement
If a collaboration is initiated following this first appointment, the €500 fee will be fully deducted from the agreed fee for handling the matter.
Furthermore, within the context of that collaboration, subsequent exchanges (meetings, appointments, phone calls, or video conferences) are not billed additionally.
Fairness guarantee
If, after this exchange, it appears that:
- your situation is outside the firm's scope of expertise, or
- the firm is unable to provide a useful and relevant response,
👉 the €500 fee will be fully refunded.
